…THIS is why I do what I do – I do it for you, for your memories.
I’m Natalie, I’m 34 & I live in a beautiful 266-year old house in Bedfordshire (just north of London) with my son Danny, who’s 15… he took this photo of me! I travel all over the UK & internationally as an alternative wedding photographer & I feel blessed to wake up every day making a living doing something that I love. You can see my travel dates here.
I am here to capture the emotion of your special day; to tell your unique story in your way. In 50 years’ time when you show the grandchildren your wedding photographs, you should feel that same wonderful atmosphere you felt on the day. The smiles, the laughter, the tears – I’m here to capture it all, as your day unfolds & I will smile, laugh & cry along with you. This is what I love to do & I will give you beautiful, emotive images that you will cherish forever, photographed in the most honest & natural way. My own Grandparents’ wedding photos take pride of place in my living room & every day they make me smile. Professional wedding photography is one of the most important investments you’ll ever make… your images & your memories will increase in value for you, year by year & become priceless.
Photography has been my love since I was 7 & Father Christmas delivered me my first camera. That was 25 years ago & I have since studied Fine Art & film photography at college, graduated with honours from my photography degree in 2007, spent over 3 years as Studio Manager at ASOS.com & Figleaves.com & have now been self-employed for almost 7 years. I’ve been honoured to have my wedding photography featured on blogs including Rock My Wedding, Love My Dress, Rock ‘N’ Roll Bride & London Bride. My creative path was led to photographing weddings through my fashion photography – with clients such as Elle UK, Cosmopolitan, Vidal Sassoon & Sweaty Betty, I’ve also been fortunate enough to photograph some familiar faces including Sir Ian McKellen, Dame Kelly Holmes, Dita Von Teese & artist Antony Gormley – one of my favourites! You can see some of my fashion photography here & more of what makes me tick on my Instagram. If you fancy a little more, then you can also watch an interview of me talking about my work & inspirations (10.05 mins – 16.28 mins) here.
Lots of love,
