I've been self-employed fully in photography for over 13 years now and in that time have built a successful and established wedding photography business from the ground up single-handedly, alongside being a single mum to my son Danny (now 22)! I've photographed 340+ weddings, travelled the world from Hawaii, Iceland, Paris, NYC, Santorini and Venice for photographing weddings and have a fully-booked calendar every year which has helped me build a life for me and Danny that I could have only dreamed of!
Despite the pandemic in 2020 I had my best income year to date, and even managed to buy a 4-bedroom 12-room house all completely by myself. Within a year I bought a 2nd (joint investment) house purchase! In 2021 I hit my goal of 6-figures in 6 months (actually over £104,000 in 6 months) and my best income month to date has been £26,250 - that was a good month! And I've made over £1Million in sales since being self employed.
And yet it's not all work; I regularly travel and enjoy a life on my own terms. Every day I feel grateful for what I have built and achieved; for the FREEDOM and EASE my business allows... and I want the same for you, too!
